TechoDrome 2011
With electronic music as the backbone of the series, the programming for each festival episode pulls in forerunners from the global and Indian music and arts scene. Spread across days of performances, exhibitions, installations and workshops, TechnoDrome aims at creating a very desirable situation of cultural exchange for the festival given the core of electronic music culture. TechnoDrome is conceived and managed by Qilla Records - an independent Techno label, and B.L.O.T. (Basic Love Of Things) - a leading creative collective from India. It is also partnered by Mocha ArtHouse - an emerging arts platform. With the success of the first episode of TechnoDrome in February 2010, the second edition is planned from 24-27 February 2011.
